Designed a voice surface where users hold the mic, speak in natural language, and Ava transcribes locally-first then routes to Claude. Voice replies come back in an ElevenLabs voice the user picks. Every voice surface has a text fallback for quiet rooms.

Multi-Model AI Routing (Haiku / Sonnet / Opus)

Built dynamic model routing so Ava picks the right Claude model for the moment - Haiku for fast turns, Sonnet for most real work, Opus for the heaviest reasoning on the Team plan. Users never pick a model; Ava decides based on intent and complexity.

Tool-Action Layer (10+ Integrations)

Implemented OAuth-based integrations with Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, WhatsApp, HubSpot, Notion, ClickUp, Stripe, Monday and GoHighLevel - so Ava can actually move meetings, draft replies, update deal stages, and log calls without ever leaving the conversation.

Per-User Memory System

Built a private, encrypted-at-rest memory store scoped per user - capturing client relationships, preferences, project names, and people who matter, so every future conversation skips the preamble. Users can wipe any memory by voice at any time.

Morning Brief & Inbox Triage Workflows

Designed signature daily workflows - a 2-minute morning brief that reads overnight mail, the day's meetings, and CRM moves; and a "deal with my inbox" command that reads each thread, drafts replies in the user's voice, archives noise, and surfaces only what needs their eyes.

CRM-on-Voice for Pipeline Movement

Built voice commands that move HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive deal stages, log calls, and add notes - replacing form-filling with single-line voice commands like "Update the Lumen deal to proposal sent."
