William Walker's Nashville luxury real estate site, built in React.
Studio Music Row, deployed across smrnash.com and studiomusicrow.com, with managed hosting and a GHL-integrated inquiry flow.

The numbers speak for themselves.
A luxury developer who needed a refined web presence without becoming a part-time webmaster.
Studio Music Row is a luxury condo development on Nashville's most iconic music corridor, so the site had to feel refined and editorial, not template-y. Stock photos and generic real-estate page builders would have hurt the brand more than helped.
William owned the domains through GoDaddy but had no hosting account. He needed a path that didn't require him to learn Node.js deployment, SSL renewals, or DNS records. He wanted to send the brief, approve the design, and hand off the rest.
Two domains had to point at the same property (smrnash.com and studiomusicrow.com), both with apex and www variants, all serving the same site over HTTPS. Misconfiguring any one of those four hostnames meant prospects seeing certificate warnings instead of the site.
The inquiry CTA was the only conversion point on the site, so the GHL integration had to be airtight. William needed an internal email the moment a lead came in, the lead needed an automatic confirmation to feel reassured, and the contact had to land in GHL pre-tagged so his workflow could find it.
A designed-from-scratch React + Vite luxury site, managed hosting, and a complete GHL inquiry pipeline.
Custom React + Vite Single-Page Build (smrnash.com)
Built smrnash.com end-to-end as a React + Vite single-page application. Component-based architecture with sections for the brand hero (Music Row positioning, "Experience refined luxury on Nashville's iconic Music Row"), a curated rendering gallery, an Inquire CTA, and supporting brand copy. Vite's production build outputs an optimized static bundle (HTML + minified CSS/JS chunks + hashed assets) for fast first-paint and clean CDN caching. Iterated on William's revisions (label changes like "above the city skyline" to "above Music Row" in-context) until the draft passed sign-off.
Managed Hosting + SSL (Auto-Renewing)
Hosted on Super In Tech's managed VPS at $10/month, served behind nginx with the Vite static build deployed to /var/www. SSL certificates issued and configured to auto-renew so William never has to think about expiry. Uptime monitored on the same infra that powers superintech.com.
Dual-Domain DNS Configuration (4 hostnames)
Configured DNS through William's GoDaddy account for both smrnash.com and studiomusicrow.com, with both apex (no www) and www variants resolving to the same site over HTTPS. Fixed a www. privacy-error issue post-launch when William reported certificate mismatch on www.smrnash.com, then verified all four hostnames resolved cleanly.
GHL Inquiry Pipeline (Tagged + Notified + Auto-Replied)
Built the inquiry form component to POST into GHL on submission. Every lead lands in GHL Contacts pre-tagged as "SMR" / "Studio Music Row" so William's workflows can target the segment. Internal email notification fires to William's inbox at submission time. An automated confirmation email goes back to the lead immediately after they inquire, set up as a "Tag-Based Internal Notification" workflow in GHL so William can review or edit it anytime.
Ownership Handoff + Source Code Delivery
Packaged the full React source (components, Vite config, package.json, all rendering assets) into a downloadable ZIP at smrnash.com/downloads/studio-music-row-source-files.zip. Confirmed in writing that William owns all code, design, and assets outright, with no strings, so the site is portable to any host (Vercel, Netlify, AWS Amplify, his own VPS) if needed.
Gallery Expansion + Mobile QA
Added three new Unit 3 Bedrooms and Penthouse Greatroom renderings to the gallery component post-launch. Audited the gallery section on mobile and fixed layout issues so the renderings render full-bleed on phones.
“The inbound lead system is working good on my end with smrnash.com and saving in GHL. Thank you for working through the configuration.”
Common questions.
Yes. For Studio Music Row we designed and built a single-page luxury site as a React + Vite application, hosted it on our managed VPS at $10/month behind nginx with auto-renewing SSL, configured DNS through the client's GoDaddy account, and handed over the full React source so the client owns everything.
React + Vite as a single-page application. Vite's production build outputs an optimized static bundle (HTML + minified CSS/JS + hashed image assets) which we serve behind nginx for fast first-paint and clean CDN caching. The source is structured as reusable components so future sections or copy changes are clean to make.
Yes. We configured both smrnash.com and studiomusicrow.com to serve the same site over HTTPS, with both apex (no www) and www variants resolving cleanly. DNS sits in the client's GoDaddy account so they retain ownership; we just managed the records.
Yes. The Studio Music Row inquiry form is a React component that POSTs into GHL on submission. Every lead lands in GHL Contacts pre-tagged as "SMR / Studio Music Row." William receives an internal email notification on every submission, and the lead receives an auto-confirmation email through a tag-based GHL workflow.
Yes. We packaged the complete Studio Music Row React project (components, Vite config, package.json, all rendering assets) into a downloadable ZIP and confirmed in writing that William owns the code, design, and assets outright. The site is portable to any host that supports static deployment (Vercel, Netlify, AWS Amplify, or a Node-capable VPS).
We monitor and fix in real-time. When William reported a privacy/certificate error on www.smrnash.com after launch, we corrected the DNS configuration the same day and verified all four hostnames (smrnash.com, www.smrnash.com, studiomusicrow.com, www.studiomusicrow.com) were resolving cleanly with valid SSL.
