Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel any service, subscription, or project engagement with Super Intellisense Technologies (“Super In Tech”, “we”, “us”). This policy must be read with our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.

1. No Lock-In Contracts

All Super In Tech monthly subscriptions (Starter at $149/mo, Growth at $449/mo, Scale at $1,499/mo) are month-to-month. There are no minimum contract terms, no early-termination penalties, and no cancellation fees. You may cancel at any time. Annual plans are cancellable on a pro-rata basis (see our Refund Policy).

2. How to Cancel a Monthly Subscription

Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. To cancel, use any of the following methods:

  • Email (recommended): Send an email to contact@superintech.com with the subject “Cancel Subscription, [your email or invoice number]”.
  • WhatsApp: Message +91 91155 37137 with your name and the subscription you wish to cancel.
  • Phone: +91 91155 37137 (Mon to Fri, 10:00 to 18:30 IST).

We will issue a written confirmation within 2 working days confirming the effective cancellation date. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. What Happens After Cancellation

After your subscription is cancelled:

  • Active automations, sequences, workflows, and AI agents are handed over to you in full. You retain all configuration, data, and contact records.
  • We provide a written runbook for what was built so you can continue independently or hand off to another vendor.
  • Platform licenses (e.g., GoHighLevel sub-account) remain yours.
  • Our team exits your private channels (Slack, WhatsApp, workspace) within 7 working days following the end of the billing period.
  • Final invoices and reconciliations are sent within 14 working days.

4. Cancelling a Project Engagement

For fixed-price project engagements (Discovery Sprint $999, Focused AI Build $2,999, Multi-System AI Build $5,999+, or custom Statement of Work):

  • Before kick-off: Cancel with written notice within 7 days; refund per Refund Policy.
  • Phase 1 (discovery/design): Cancellable; 50% refund within 7 working days of request.
  • Phase 2 (build/configuration): Cancellable but non-refundable. All completed work product is handed over.
  • After delivery: Cancellation no longer applies.

5. Cancelling an Appointment or Discovery Call

To cancel or reschedule a free 20 or 30-minute roadmap call:

  • Use the cancel or reschedule link in your calendar invite, or
  • Reply to the confirmation email at least 4 hours before the scheduled time, or
  • Message us on WhatsApp.

There is no charge for free calls regardless of notice given. We ask for 4 hours notice so we can offer the slot to another prospect.

6. Cancellation Initiated by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services in the following circumstances, with written notice and reasonable opportunity to remedy:

  • Non-payment of invoices beyond 14 days from the due date.
  • Material breach of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Use of our services for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purposes.
  • Failure to provide required access, content, or information necessary for service delivery within 21 days of request.

7. Pause Option (Alternative to Cancellation)

If you wish to pause rather than cancel, we offer a pause option for up to 60 days. Billing stops during the pause period; existing automations remain in place but are not actively optimised. To request a pause, contact us in writing with your desired pause period.

8. Cancellation Confirmation

We will issue a written cancellation confirmation within 2 working days of receiving your request. The confirmation will state: your final billing date, any final invoice or credit note, the handover plan, and the effective end-of-service date. If you do not receive this confirmation within 2 working days, please follow up via WhatsApp to ensure your request was received.
