Subscription prices are all-in - no setup fees. They include software licenses, ongoing management, monitoring, support, and optimization. The Discovery Sprint and AI Build options are one-time / project-based fees, separate from subscriptions.
All plans invoice in USD. We accept payment via Stripe (cards), wire transfer / ACH (W-9 supported), and Wise. India-based clients can also pay via local bank transfer or Razorpay on request, and we issue a GST-compliant invoice for input tax credit. Annual plans receive 2 months free.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime with no penalty. Most clients start at Starter or Growth and move up within 2-3 months once they see the revenue impact. Switching is 1-2 days of reconfiguration with no service interruption.
No lock-in. Cancel with 30 days notice. Your data is exported and handed to you in full. We provide a written runbook for whatever we built so you can either operate it yourself or hand to another team. No surprise charges.

Prices listed are exclusive of taxes. International customers (US, UK, Canada, etc.) pay no Indian GST; we follow your country's reverse-charge mechanism (UK VAT, Canadian GST/HST, US no sales tax for foreign vendor). India-based businesses are charged 18% GST on top of the invoiced amount and can claim full input tax credit.
Subscription tiers (Starter / Growth / Scale / Enterprise) are recurring monthly engagements where we manage your full automation system. AI Builds are fixed-price project engagements - you pay once for a specific custom AI agent or workflow we build, then optionally a monthly Operate Retainer to keep it running. Many clients combine both: a subscription for managed automation + a one-time AI Build for a high-priority custom system.
