A long-term GHL build partner for an agency that spins up new client accounts every month.

Leadflow Consulting - FZCO is a Dubai-based agency that builds and runs GoHighLevel sub-accounts for online course creators and consultants. They needed a reliable build partner who could turn around full account setups quickly, work cleanly across German and English markets, and produce reusable snapshots so every new client could be launched without rebuilding from scratch. Super In Tech became that team - starting from a $50 paid audit and growing into a 10-milestone, three-month engagement spanning a tax-consultant launch (Birgel), a bilingual reusable snapshot system, and a custom 8-page GHL website for the founder.

The Challenge

A multi-client agency that needed a GHL partner who could ship clean, German-first, and reusable.

01

Lukas was about to onboard 4 new sub-accounts back-to-back and had no production-ready GHL snapshot to clone from - every client meant rebuilding the same funnel, automations, and emails by hand.

02

The output had to be German-first on every customer-facing surface (landing pages, emails, course pages, footers) while keeping the backend in English for the agency team - a bilingual constraint most build partners get wrong.

03

A previous round of work on the founder's own account showed the design language that was needed - clean, structured, conversion-aware - but the agency had no template account to point new clients at.

04

GDPR, double opt-in, imprint, and privacy policies had to be wired correctly across every funnel, including the waitlist, the checkout, the exit-intent flow, and every nurture email - a hard requirement for the EU/DACH market.

05

The founder also needed his own personal site (Lukas Lanx) built natively inside GHL - 8 pages spanning a sales page, two service offers, a 2-column pricing comparison, two checkout flows, a thank-you page, and a call-booking page - in design quality matching big SaaS companies like Zoom and HeyGen.

Our Solution

A staged 4-project partnership: audit → real client launch → reusable snapshot → founder website.

01

Phase 0 - Paid 24h GHL Audit

Started with a $50 paid audit on Lukas's own account: full review of sub-accounts, automations, triggers, workflows, emails, and notifications. Delivered as a written report plus a 15-minute Loom walkthrough, surfacing gaps and improvement opportunities and earning the green light for the long-term build.

02

Phase 1 - Birgel Account Setup (Tax Consultant + Online Course)

Built the full GHL sub-account for Christoph Birgel, a German tax consultant launching the "Road-to-1-Million" online course. Custom German landing page, exit-intent flow with downloadable checklist, 2-step checkout, post-purchase thank-you, internal-notification funnel (3 pages), course delivery, onboarding course automation, and the full nurture sequence with branded footer and stop logic.

03

Phase 2 - Reusable German Template (Generic Snapshot)

Genericised the Birgel build into a reusable snapshot: standardised waitlist funnel + thank-you, a 5-email waitlist nurture sequence with stop-on-conversion logic, a global HTML email layout (logo, headline/body, CTA, footer), and clean naming + custom values so the next client account could be plugged in without rebuilding. Backend named in English, frontend kept in German.

04

Phase 3 - English Frontend Variant

Duplicated the German template into a second sub-account with the entire frontend (landing, thank-you, waitlist emails) translated to English while preserving the same backend architecture. Result: one English snapshot and one German snapshot, both production-ready for instant deployment to new clients.

05

Phase 4 - Lukas Lanx Personal Website (8 pages, native GHL)

Designed and built the founder's own site end-to-end inside GHL: main sales page, Onlinekurs Ghostwriting (DFY) offer page, Onlinekurs Verlag / platform-setup page, side-by-side pricing comparison page (Zoom / HeyGen style), two checkout flows, a thank-you page, and a call-booking page - including custom Vimeo portrait-mode embed code for testimonial videos and editable Figma + Canva source files for every roadmap and checklist asset.

06

Multi-Language + Compliance Wiring

Every customer-facing surface shipped in German with EU compliance baked in: privacy policy, imprint, double opt-in, GDPR-aligned form behaviour, dedicated marketing-subdomain SMTP setup (so existing email sending was never put at risk), and consistent footers across landing pages, waitlist, course product, and post-purchase flows.

07

Documentation + Editable Asset Hand-off

Every project closed with a written technical document covering structure, automations, custom values, and trigger logic - plus editable Figma source for two roadmaps and editable Canva source for the lead-magnet checklist, so the agency could onboard new clients without a designer in the loop.

FAQ

Common questions.

It starts small - usually a paid 24-hour audit so the agency owner can see how we work. From there it grows into one full client account build, then a reusable snapshot, and often a personal site or extra language variant. We staged this engagement across 10 milestones over 3 months so the partner could approve work in tight increments.

Yes - this is exactly what we built for Leadflow. We turn one production client account (in their case, Birgel) into a clean, generic snapshot with standardised naming, a global email template, custom values for fast rebranding, and a 5-email nurture with stop-on-conversion logic. The agency can then duplicate it into every new sub-account in minutes.

Yes. Every customer-facing surface for the Birgel and German Template builds shipped in German - landing pages, exit-intent flow, checkout, thank-you, course product, and the full email nurture sequence. We work directly with client-supplied tone-of-voice GPTs and brand guides, and wire EU compliance (GDPR, imprint, double opt-in, privacy policy) across every funnel.

Yes. We designed and shipped Lukas Lanx's personal 8-page site fully inside GHL - sales page, two service offers, side-by-side pricing comparison (Zoom / HeyGen style), two checkout flows, thank-you page, call-booking page - including custom Vimeo portrait-mode video embeds and editable Figma + Canva source files for every roadmap and checklist asset.

We standardise the backend (pipelines, stages, tags, workflows, lists, custom values) in English so the agency team can operate it cleanly, and tokenise the frontend so language can be swapped per sub-account. For Leadflow we shipped one German template and one English template, both running off the same backend architecture.

Yes. Every project closed with a written technical document covering structure, automations, custom values, and trigger logic - plus editable Figma source for the design roadmaps and editable Canva source for lead-magnet checklists, so the agency owner can onboard new clients without going back to a designer for each asset.
