A long-term GHL build partner for a med spa coaching brand.
Aesthetic Flight, founded by Scott Gilbert in Vancouver, BC, helps med spa owners scale through a Med Spa Success Scorecard, a "5 Growth Engines" lead-magnet ebook, and the Med Spa Accelerator coaching program. Super In Tech became Scott's long-term GHL build partner: rebuilding the entire marketing site, designing the lead-magnet system, recreating his ScoreApp landing pages inside GHL for split-testing, and shipping the resources hub that powers his cold and warm traffic. Live at aestheticflight.com.

The numbers speak for themselves.
A coaching brand stuck on Wix and ScoreApp with no flexibility to test, automate, or convert.
Marketing pages were scattered across Wix (main site) and ScoreApp (scorecard + waitlist), with no single CRM, no automation layer, and no ability to A/B test - a 3% scorecard conversion rate locked the whole growth engine in place.
A "5 Growth Engines" ebook lead magnet existed as a draft PDF with placeholder video icons, no book cover, no automated email delivery, and no landing page built to capture the lead in exchange for it.
The brand needed a clear multi-page site - About, Our Method, Collaborate, Want to Work With Us, Resources - but the existing Wix structure made every page edit fragile and the visual identity inconsistent (too many colors, busy backgrounds, off-brand sections).
Scott wanted everything pulled into GHL so split-testing, lead capture, automation, and reporting could finally live in one place - and so the brand could be tightened to a 2-color palette with the hummingbird identity used cleanly across every surface.
A multi-month GHL partnership rebuilding the full marketing system, page-by-page.
Multi-Page Marketing Site Rebuild (aestheticflight.com)
Designed and rebuilt the full site natively inside GHL: home, About Us, Our Method, Collaboration ("Collaborate or Procast"), Want to Work With Us, Resources, and Contact. Two-color palette with hummingbird brand mark, refined typography, custom hover and scroll animations, consistent menu structure across every page.
Med Spa Success Scorecard - GHL Landing Page Rebuild
Recreated the ScoreApp scorecard landing page inside GHL so it could finally be A/B tested. Built a long-form variant with hero, 5 Growth Engines section, ScoreApp form embed, and a short-form A/B test variant inspired by clinicianbusinesslabs.com (above-the-fold title screen, FAQ block, growth-engines summary, About Scott) - designed to lift the legacy 3% conversion rate.
Med Spa Accelerator - Waitlist Landing Page
Recreated the Aesthetic Accelerator waitlist landing page natively inside GHL with the same "Med Spa Success Scorecard" design system - hero, value props, embedded ScoreApp lead-form popup, and clear CTA path. Designed to feed cold-to-warm traffic into Scott's coaching program waitlist.
5 Growth Engines Lead Magnet System
Designed a polished book cover for the "5 Growth Engines" PDF ebook (the original draft was a flat unstyled doc), built the /resources page with three lead-magnet entry points (Scorecard, 5 Growth Engines popup, Med Spa Accelerator icon), and wired the GHL automation to deliver the PDF instantly via email when a contact submits the popup form.
Resources Hub + Custom Page System
Built /resources as a clean 3-tile hub - Med Spa Assessment Scorecard (linked to the GHL scorecard page), 5 Growth Engines (popup + automated PDF delivery), and Med Spa Accelerator (linked to the GHL waitlist) - so paid + organic traffic has one branded destination across the whole funnel.
Brand System Cleanup + Logo Concepts
Pulled the visual system back to a 2-color palette with gradient, refined the hummingbird mark, designed multiple Med Spa Accelerator logo concepts, and removed the busy "info-product" feel that earlier WordPress and ScoreApp pages had drifted into - replacing it with a clean, professional aesthetic that matches a med spa audience.
Long-Term Iteration + Direct-Loom Workflow
Loom-feedback-driven iteration on every page, full design rework after one early misstep (the team rebuilt every page with fresh creative concepts after Scott flagged copy-paste output) - and a continuing partnership that has produced referral business (his wife's practice site) and follow-on work across both brands.

Built natively inside GoHighLevel and tied to the /resources hub, the Med Spa Success Scorecard funnel, and the Aesthetic Accelerator waitlist.
Common questions.
Yes - exactly what we did for Aesthetic Flight. We rebuilt the entire site natively inside GHL so every page, form, popup, and email automation lives in one ecosystem with the CRM. No more WordPress + Wix + ScoreApp + email-tool patchwork.
Yes. ScoreApp does not allow A/B testing on its hosted landing pages, so we recreated Scott's Med Spa Success Scorecard and Aesthetic Accelerator waitlist pages natively inside GHL - with the ScoreApp lead form embedded via popup - so traffic could be split-tested between long-form and short-form variants without leaving the GHL funnel.
Yes. For Aesthetic Flight we designed the "5 Growth Engines" book cover, polished the underlying PDF layout, built the popup form on the /resources page, and wired the GHL workflow to deliver the PDF as an automated email immediately on submission - turning a flat draft doc into a working lead engine.
For Scott it has meant ongoing iteration: regular Loom-feedback rounds, design rebuilds when something does not hit the brief, follow-on work as new pages and funnels are added, brand-system tightening over time, and referral business (he sent us his wife's practice for a second build). We treat these accounts as long-running build relationships, not one-shot projects.
Yes. Med spa audiences need a clean, professional aesthetic - not the busy info-product feel that WordPress and lead-gen builders often default to. For Aesthetic Flight we pulled the palette to two colors with gradient, refined the hummingbird identity, and rebuilt each page so it reads premium without losing conversion architecture.
Yes. Most of the Aesthetic Flight feedback shipped via Loom - Scott records a walkthrough, we ship the next round, repeat. It is the fastest way to keep momentum on a multi-page site without forcing standing calls.
