Refund Policy

Quick Summary

This Refund Policy applies to all services and products purchased from Super Intellisense Technologies (“Super In Tech”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via superintech.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy must be read with our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a 100% refund in the following situations:

  • You request the refund within 7 days of the original payment, and we have not yet started delivery of the service.
  • You purchased a monthly subscription and request a refund within 30 days of activation, and we have failed to meet the agreed onboarding milestones (see Section 2).
  • We are unable to deliver the service for any reason on our side (technical failure, unavailability of resources, change in service offering).
  • You are charged in error or charged twice for the same service (full refund of the duplicate amount).

Partial refunds may apply where work has already been partially performed. See specific product sections below for partial refund rules.

2. Monthly Subscription Plans (Starter / Growth / Scale)

Our managed AI automation subscriptions ($149/mo Starter, $449/mo Growth, $1,499/mo Scale) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, within 30 days of activation, your business has not seen measurable progress on the agreed automation outcomes, you may request a 100% refund of the first month’s fee.

From the second month onwards, subscription charges are non-refundable. However, you may cancel at any time per our Cancellation Policy. No future charges will be made after cancellation.

3. AI Automation Audit ($497)

  • Before intake form submission: 100% refund within 7 days of payment.
  • After intake submission, before delivery: 50% refund within 7 days of request.
  • After delivery (PDF and Loom sent): Non-refundable, as the work has been fully delivered.

If you proceed with any build engagement within 30 days of receiving the audit, the full $497 is credited toward the build invoice. This is automatic and does not require a refund request.

4. Discovery Sprint ($999)

  • Before kick-off call: 100% refund within 7 days of payment.
  • After kick-off, before midweek checkpoint: 50% refund within 7 days of request.
  • After midweek checkpoint: Non-refundable. The proposal deliverable is provided regardless of whether you proceed.

5. Custom AI Builds and Project Engagements ($2,999+)

Refunds for fixed-price project engagements are governed by the Statement of Work signed at engagement start. In the absence of custom terms:

  • Before work begins: 100% refund less a 5% payment processing fee, processed within 7 working days.
  • Phase 1 (discovery/design): 50% of deposit refundable within 7 working days of request.
  • Phase 2 (build): Non-refundable. Partial work product is handed over.
  • After project handover: Non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to contact@superintech.com with subject line “Refund Request, [invoice number]”.
  2. Include: your full name, email used at purchase, invoice number or payment reference, reason for refund, and original payment method.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
  4. A refund decision is communicated within 7 working days of acknowledgement.
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days via the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3 to 7 working days to credit your account.

7. Refund Method and Timeline

All approved refunds are credited to the same payment methodthat was used for the original transaction:

  • Credit card / debit card (Razorpay): 5 to 7 working days back to the same card.
  • UPI / net banking (Razorpay): 5 to 7 working days back to the same account.
  • Wallet (Paytm, PhonePe, etc. via Razorpay): 5 to 7 working days back to the same wallet.
  • Bank wire / ACH / SEPA: 7 to 10 working days back to the same originating bank account.

We do not issue refunds via store credit, cheque, or any payment method different from the original.

8. GST and Tax Treatment

For Indian customers, GST paid on the original invoice is refunded along with the principal amount in line with applicable Indian tax law (Goods and Services Tax Act). A GST credit note is issued where required. For international customers, no Indian GST applies; refunds are processed at the full invoiced amount in your billing currency.

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Third-party software, platform, or API costs that have already been consumed (GoHighLevel licence, OpenAI / Claude API usage, Twilio voice minutes, etc.).
  • Domain registrations and SSL certificates purchased in your name.
  • Setup or onboarding fees for project work that has been fully delivered and accepted.
  • Custom training, workshops, or coaching sessions that have already been delivered.
  • Services where 30 days or more have passed since the original purchase, except where covered by an active subscription guarantee.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer or bank, please contact us first at contact@superintech.com or WhatsApp +91 91155 37137. Most payment concerns are resolved within 48 working hours through direct communication. Initiating a chargeback after services have been delivered may result in suspension of services and recovery action through legal channels.
