Their existing discovery call funnel was generating qualified leads but losing too many of them between "booked" and "showed up." We rebuilt the entire funnel natively in Go High Level around a commitment architecture: VSL-gated application, a pre-approved two-step booking flow, an indoctrination video, and five nurture workflows that move leads from form-fill all the way to calendar confirmation.

The BioRegenesis discovery call funnel was generating qualified applications, but a large share of booked calls were no-shows, and the team had no visibility into where commitment was breaking down.

The existing booking confirmation page treated an appointment as fully confirmed the moment it was booked, with no second commitment step to separate "picked a slot" from "actually showing up."

Post-booking nurture was a single automated reminder, not a progressive sequence building conviction between booking and the call itself.

Rebuilt the main application page around a VSL block, a countdown timer, and a form that only reveals after the CTA mention in the video — filtering for intent before a single field is filled. Direct-financial survey questions embedded inline with time-delayed reveal.

Double Opt-In "Reserved → Confirmed" Booking

Calendar set to Reserved by default (Auto-Confirm OFF). Leads who book land on a "Reserved, Not Confirmed" page with an indoctrination video from Dr. Haas and a one-click trigger link that flips their appointment to Confirmed inside GHL. If they don't confirm 24hrs before the call, the slot auto-cancels with notification.

5 Nurture Workflows in GHL

Abandoned Form sequence, Completed-But-Didn't-Book 14-day nurture, Unqualified Lead path, Unconfirmed Booking chase with trigger-link confirmation, and Confirmed-Show-Up reminder cadence (24hr / 2hr / 15min) — all wired with triggers, delays, and conditional logic inside Go High Level.

Built a dedicated Cellular Wellness Blueprint offer ($595 "smart first step") for applicants who qualify but aren't ready for the full program — plus a Blueprint-Secured thank-you page that books them into an initial consultation instead of the discovery call, so no qualified lead ever leaves empty-handed.

Technical Cleanup + A/B Infrastructure

Fixed the Twilio ring-once-then-busy issue (call timeout setting), built and shipped a second variant of the qualified booking page for A/B testing inside GHL, wired custom-value shortlinks across every email/SMS, and shipped SEO metadata on all live pages.
