Sales Velocity

A composite metric: (opportunities × win rate × avg deal size) / sales cycle length. Sales velocity tells you total revenue generated per unit time. AI agents typically move all four components positively: more opportunities (faster speed-to-lead), higher win rate (better qualification), larger deal size (faster route-to-decision-maker), shorter cycle (less rep time on admin).
