Conversation Design
The discipline of designing how AI agents (chat, voice, WhatsApp) talk to users. Good conversation design handles opening, qualification, edge cases, escalation, and closing - all without sounding robotic. Bad conversation design over-promises, under-qualifies, or breaks at interruption. The difference between 15% conversion and 40% conversion in voice AI is almost entirely conversation design, not the underlying LLM.
