AI Agent
Software that uses a large language model (Claude, GPT) plus tools (CRM API, calendar API, email) to autonomously plan and execute multi-step business tasks. Different from a chatbot (which only chats) and from RPA (which follows fixed scripts). The "agent" has agency to take real action, observe results, and adjust.
