We cannot guarantee removal of legitimate negative reviews from Google or other platforms, and any service that claims otherwise is misleading you. What we can do is help you flag reviews that violate platform policies for removal, respond professionally to negative reviews to minimise damage, and drive enough positive reviews that one bad one has minimal impact on your overall rating.

Sending review requests via WhatsApp or email is fully compliant with Google's policies. What is not allowed is incentivising reviews (paying for them or offering discounts).
