WhatsApp Conversation
A 24-hour billing unit on WhatsApp Business API. Once a customer messages your business, a "session conversation" opens - you can send unlimited messages for 24 hours at a single conversation fee. Outside that 24-hour window, you must use pre-approved templates and pay per-template-conversation rates.
