Call Recording
Capturing audio of customer phone or voice calls for training, compliance, and AI analysis. Required by TCPA in the US (with disclosure), regulated under GDPR in EU, and increasingly governed by state-level laws. Modern call analysis AI extracts sentiment, qualification signals, and follow-up actions from each recording.
