Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Month-to-month. Cancel any time before your renewal date and you will not be billed again. You keep all data and workflows. We export your CRM to CSV within 24 hours.

Do you build the AI workflow for me?+

Yes. We deploy your chosen AI workflow tuned to your business. Customization happens in the first 7 days during onboarding. If you want a fully custom AI agent trained on your data, Growth includes that.

Who owns the workflows, contacts, and data?+

You do, 100%. Everything in your GoHighLevel sub-account is exportable as CSV at any time. If you cancel, we hand over a full export within 24 hours.

Is GoHighLevel's license cost included?+

Yes. $149/month includes the GHL sub-account, AI model API usage, WhatsApp Business setup, email deliverability infrastructure, and platform monitoring.

What's your refund policy?+

30-day results guarantee. If your first AI workflow isn't live by day 14, we refund month 1 and you keep everything that was built.

Can I migrate from my current CRM?+

Yes. We import contacts from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, or CSV during your onboarding. Up to 2,500 contacts included.

How is this different from just buying GHL directly?+

GHL is a platform; it doesn't build anything for you. Starter gives you a pre-configured CRM, working AI workflow, email/WhatsApp templates, and monthly reports out of the box. You skip 40–60 hours of setup.

Terms & assumptions

Billing. Monthly, in advance, charged on the same date each month. USD via Stripe. India: INR via Razorpay or bank transfer.

Contract. Month-to-month. No annual commitment required.

Suggested limits. 2,500 contacts, 5,000 email sends/mo, 1,000 AI runs/mo, 1 active workflow, 1 funnel, 1 user. Add-ons available.

Support. 5 hours/month, do not roll over. Used for email + WhatsApp ticket time, not live calls.

Excluded. WhatsApp Business API per-message fees (Meta pricing). SMS not included. Custom development not included.

SLA. Best-effort. 99% historical uptime. No financial penalty for downtime on Starter.
