Can I bring my own AI prompts / framework?+

Yes. If you already have prompts, we'll review and incorporate them. You retain IP on whatever we build.

What if my AI agent makes a mistake on a real customer?+

Every response is logged. You can correct any response, and the agent learns. We build a "human handoff" trigger so the agent escalates rather than guesses on topics you've flagged.

Can I downgrade to Starter?+

Yes, at any monthly renewal. Note: your custom AI agent and custom integrations don't carry to Starter (template-only).

Do you offer annual billing with a discount?+

Who owns the custom AI agent we build?+
