Can we bring our own models / on-prem inference?+

On Scale: not standard. We use OpenAI + Anthropic with our managed API keys for cost optimization. On-prem or BYOM is an Enterprise feature.

What happens if our AM leaves?+

New AM introduced within 5 business days with 60-min handover. Lead engineer continuity maintained. Vijayindra acts as escalation during transitions.
