Why "Custom" and not a published price?+

Enterprise deployments scope differently per org. A 100-person business operates differently from a 5,000-person one. We commit to a custom quote within 24 hours of discovery.

Are you SOC2 / ISO 27001 / HIPAA certified?+

SOC2 Type II audit in progress, Q4 2026 completion. HIPAA: we sign BAAs and operate to HIPAA standards. ISO 27001 not pursued yet. Full security posture document available under NDA.

Can we negotiate the liability cap in your MSA?+

Yes. Default liability cap is 12 months of fees. Higher caps available with corresponding insurance + price adjustment. Negotiated directly with founder + legal counsel.

What's your data deletion / portability commitment?+

Full data export within 5 business days. Complete deletion (including backups) within 30 days of written request. Contractually guaranteed in DPA.

Can we get a reference customer in our vertical?+

Yes, depending on vertical. We have Enterprise references in healthcare, financial services, and multi-location retail. Reference calls available after MSA signed.

What happens if you go out of business?+

Source-code escrow agreement available as MSA addendum. In the unlikely event we wind down, you retain access to your tenant, data, and a 90-day operational handover period.

Why a 12-month minimum?+

Enterprise deployments break even months 5–7 with our team's allocation. 12-month window ensures both sides realize ROI of the investment. After year 1, contracts renew annually or convert to month-to-month with 90 days' notice.
